Ploughman’s Platter – Cheese and Crackers with Pickles and Smoked Salmon

Fish and Chips – A Pub Specialty – Deep Fried Pollock using Lazy Magnolia’s “Par 3” Beer for Batter and Served with Waffles Fries

Chicken Salad Sandwich- Pulled White Chicken with Diced dried Apricots on Wheat Berry Bread.

Suggested Beer: Mickey's

 

Keg and Barrel BLT- Bacon, Lettuce, and our Famous Fried Green Tomatoes on Wheat Berry Bread.

Suggested Beer:  Flying Dog "Tire Bite" Golden Ale

 

Grilled Chicken Sandwich – Seasoned Grilled Chicken Served with Red Onion, Green Leaf Lettuce and “Our” House Honey Mustard on a Grilled Bun and Waffle Fries. 

Suggested Beer:  PaulAner Hefe-weizen & Liberty Ale.

 

Smoked Turkey Sandwich – Smoked “in house’ by Chef Micheal, Apple- Pecan  Smoked Turkey Breast on Home-Baked Bread and Topped with Blueberry Mayonnaise, Green Leaf Lettuce and a Side of Waffle Fries. 

Suggested beer:  Blue Moon & New Castle.

 

Keg and Barrel Black and Blue Burger – An 8oz. Hand Pressed Beef Patty, Blackened and Topped with Blue Cheese, Caramelized Red Onion and Green Leaf Lettuce (Available with "Art Booiga" - Sliced American Cheese). Served with Waffle Fries.                

Suggested beer:  AmberJaque & Nitro Black Hook.

                               

Grilled Chicken Salad – Green Leaf Lettuce with Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes and House Honey Mustard Dressing (Available with Fried Chicken).

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich-Two Boneless Buffalo Strips fried then tossed with Big Daves Hot Wing Sauce, with Mustard on a Corn Meal - Dusted Bun.

MONDAY:  Lemon Pepper Chicken- Baked (or fried) Chicken Breast Seasoned with Lemon Pepper and Served with Wild Rice and Steamed Broccoli.

TUESDAY:  Pecan Crusted Catfish-Served with Sweet Potato Salad and Sautéed Green Beans.

Suggested beer:  Flying Dog "Old Scratch" Amber

 

WEDNESDAY:  Blackened Chicken Alfredo – A Rich Creamy Garlic Sauce Over Penne Pasta and Topped with Blackened Chicken. 

Suggested beer:  Leffe Blonde.

 

THURSDAY:  Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad- Served with Grilled Zucchini and Yellow Squash, Tossed in a Dijon Mustard and Red Wine Vinaigrette  

Suggested beer:  Red Hook ESB.

 

FRIDAY:  Blackened Catfish – Blackened Catfish Filet with Cheese Grits with Mantoose (Sautéed Spinach with Red Beans and Cubed Potatoes)

Suggested beer:  Budweiser.
